There is something very intriguing about transparent living creatures. Mostly found in the sea at various depths, from Sea butterflies, Sips, Sea Angels to of course Jellyfish. Fewer exist on land such as the Glass Wing Butterfly.
The transparent things I created without imagining where one would find then, but I imagine on land since the have a skeleton which evolved from a scent I had in my mind, Ylang Ylang flowers from the tree behind the home I grew up in. There anre other recent works in which I adapted the design utilizing the petals which are long, slender and curl a bit. I captured a large bin of pomegranates then peppers in various colors and used them in digital collage on fabric to serve as the chosen background.
Post-digital mixed media, collage, photography, digital drawing then painting and various electronic tools. Printed on canvas then additional work with oil and metallic paint pens.
