What matters is how much waste of it (time) comes out. The wise devour every moment like it’s the last, creating and storing all the benefits and energy that time allows so there is nothing to pass.
But, if there is a manic frenzy and the day has gone but you can’t stop because you are on a roll that takes over. You, and most of us have suddenly decided that days are just too short to do everything you want.
Time can easily get the best of anyone, just for being absent. What people do most is find an easy enjoyable way to stop the madness and instantly relax before they loose their mind. This is when the ’regurgitation of time’ begins, whether anyone with you wants to listen or not.
